1. What is a Vaporizer?
A vaporizer is a tool used to extract flavors and aromas from ingredients efficiently and quickly. The mechanics behind vaporization are fairly simple and straightforward: the temperature of combustion for most planet matter is almost always higher than the temperature at which flavor and aroma compounds are activated. Therefore, vaporizers heat materials to the perfect temperature so that the fibers are left in the chamber while their flavorful compounds enter the air.

3. My vaporizer is not working properly, what can I do?

4. Can I order individual replacement/custom parts?
Yes, of course. Keeping your vaporizer free from dirty or damaged parts is the best way to promote the longest lifetime of the unit. We offer a full inventory of replacement and upgrade parts for every product we carry. 5. What maintenance is typically required?
Staying on top of residue buildup is the most important day to day maintenance you can provide for your vaporizer. Every vaporizer needs care in a slightly different way, so give us a call if you have questions on how to clean a specific model. Most vaporizers have removable screens that allow hassle-free replacement, and many of our vaporizers come with cleaning kits that will help preserve the flavor of your vapor. With a little bit of tender loving care, your vaporizer will stay clean and provide flavorful vapor for a long time.
6. Can my ingredients burn in my vaporizer?
Typically not. Some vaporizers have very wide temperature ranges, and at the highest temperature, some delicate aromatherapy ingredients can ignite. Some vaporizers, like the Volcano, are designed to be incapable of reaching temperatures above 447°F, thereby making it impossible to ignite most materials. 7. Which temperature should I select?
While the perfect temperature varies by vaporizer and by material type, you will know that the temperature setting is correct when a fine, translucent white mist is seen. Barely visible vapor often indicates that either the temperature is not high enough, or extraction is complete and it is time to refill the chamber. The best way to find your favorite temperature is to start low, and slowly work your way up until the desired aromas and flavors are released.
8. What about odor?
One of the best tings about using a vaporizer is that you'll never experience the musky, unhealthy after effects of igniting materials. While igniting certain planet matter can leave strong foul odors in a living space, the aromas created by vaporizers do not sink into clothing, carpets, or walls so you never have to worry about running into unpleasant smells after using a vaporizer.
9. How long does shipping take?
We generally ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. For shipments in the continental U.S. we use FedEx. If you are taking advantage of our free shipping offer you can expect your shipment in as little as 1 business day. Although payment processing can sometimes delay shipments, more than 80% of our orders are delivered within 3 days of purchase. Keep in mind that orders placed on the weekend will not necessarily ship until the next business day. If you are outside of the U.S.A, your vaporizer will be shipped via Insured Global Express Mail service.
10. Where do you ship to?
We will ship our vaporizers anywhere in the world provided that it is approved for use in your home country.
11. What power sources can be used?
