Our Free Shipping Policies:

We do our best to ship all orders within a 24 hour time period and you will get a tracking number via email once it has shipped. We ship orders Monday - Friday before 2:30pm EST for the daily pick-up cut-off. If you would like your package faster, you have the option to updrade your service to the Priority (2-3 days) or Express (1-2 days) shipping methods during the check out process. We appreciate your business and look forward to dispatching your order in an expeditious and timely fashion!

As part of our commitment to offering the best service to our customers, we are working to eliminate the wait time between when you place an order, and when you're unpacking your new vape.

Adult signature required for delivery, so please make arrangements for your package to be received. Your order cannot be shipped until full payment is made, and all orders are subject to approval by our Credit Department prior to acceptance of the order.

Domestic Customers

We offer FedEx 2-3 day Shipping on everything to any destination in the 48 Continental United States, completely free of charge. That’s right, FREE!

Free shipping applies to all domestic orders containing a vaporizer unit.
In certain instances when accessories are added to a vaporizer order, they may ship separately.

Fulfillment
Orders received by 2:00pm EST (2:00pm PST for West Coast orders) are usually fulfilled on the same day, but can be subject to delays depending on volume and availability.

International / Alaskan / Hawaiian Orders

If you live outside the Continental US, we will ship your order via FedEx Global Express or USPS service.

Canadian customers have the option to take advantage of our discounted shipping via USPS International Global Express.

Canadian and Central American customers that require express service should be sure to select an expedited international service at checkout.

Expedited international orders to Canada will ship via USPS Express Mail INTERNATIONAL unless otherwise requested.
